Always thorough exam answers all questions and concerns. None of the nurses/ staff introduce the selves to the patient. Don’t know who they are or what they are - a nurse a technician etc. it would be nice to know who is going over - reviewing your personal information - medical history - medications and updating your chart and taking you vital signs.
