About Dr. Simigiannis

Dr. Helen Simigiannis received her undergraduate degree in the Biological Sciences at Rutgers University in 1993.  In 1999, she received her M.D. from Ross University School of Medicine.  She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology and two years of Family Medicine at Creighton University Medical Center.  She then went on to private practice in Monmouth County where she proudly delivered over a thousand babies, and took care of women in all stages of life, with a special interest in adolescence and menopause.  During her career, Dr. Helen Simigiannis had the opportunity to care for and learn from patients in underdeveloped countries in the Caribbean, as well as the inner cities of New York and the outskirts of Washington, DC. She started Antheia Gynecology, located in East Windsor and Freehold, New Jersey, where the primary focus is individualized and attentive gynecologic ambulatory and minimally invasive surgical care.

Dr. Helen Simigiannis is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is also a member of the North American Menopause Society where she has achieved the distinction of National Certified Menopause Practitioner.  She is also a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, (AAGL), North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology, the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health and the International and the National Vulvodynia Association. She is a member of the medical staff at Penn Medicine Princeton Health Center in Plainsboro and CentraState Medical Center in Freehold.
